Emily Kearney is a seasoned Real Estate Professional with a lifetime of experience. Having grown up learning and working alongside her father, Joseph Kearney, she spent her teen years gaining valuable knowledge at some of the most notable golf communities around the country, including the first ever Fazio/Nicklaus course west of the Mississippi (Pronghorn) and The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards.
After graduating with a business degree from the University of Oregon, she began working for Sotheby’s. When her family moved to the Lowcountry in 2014, she once again went to work for her father - this time as a licensed Realtor.
The exposure to the industry through childhood and her young adult life honed the most important quality a Realtor must have: Integrity. Working as her Father’s Partner is a unique opportunity she both cherishes and maximizes; the generational experience they provide as a team makes a measurable impact for their clients.
Over the past decade, Emily has served hundreds of clients and sold over $18M in 2022. She regularly holds positions on Marketing Committees for private clubs. To best serve the massive growth around South Carolina, she has further specialized in resale, homesites and new construction.
